PredLix is a free prediction community, not a betting site. It does not take bets or hold stakes. You must be 18+. Predictions are opinions, not guarantees.

1. What PredLix is

PredLix is a free football prediction platform and community. Members post predictions on real fixtures, discuss matches, and build a public track record that PredLix verifies against the official result. PredLix is not a bookmaker, betting operator or gambling service. It does not accept, place or settle bets, and it never holds money staked on an outcome. Predictions on PredLix are opinions and analysis, not financial or betting advice, and not a guarantee of any result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use PredLix. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account. Choose a strong password and keep it secret. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One person may hold one account; creating accounts to manipulate rankings, votes or statistics is prohibited.

4. Fair play and verified results

All performance statistics — win rate, streaks, ROI, rankings and badges — are calculated by PredLix from settled results using official match data. No one, including PredLix staff, can edit a result or a statistic by hand. You must not attempt to manipulate your record or the rankings, for example by abusing voids, coordinating accounts, or exploiting data errors. We may correct, void or remove any prediction or statistic affected by a data error, a cancelled or abandoned match, or manipulation.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the predictions, posts, comments and images you create. By posting them you grant PredLix a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content on and about the platform (for example in match pages, feeds and share images). You are responsible for what you post and must not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, or that promotes under-age or illegal gambling.

6. Community conduct

Be respectful. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the community — including spam, abuse, impersonation, cheating, or sharing another person’s private information. Match chat and discussions are public.

7. Monetisation and payments

Eligible analysts may offer premium predictions or monthly subscriptions. Where payments are enabled, they are processed by third-party providers (such as M-Pesa or card processors); PredLix charges a service commission disclosed at the point of sale. Buying a premium pick gives you access to that content — it is not a bet and does not guarantee the pick will win. Refunds follow the rules shown at purchase (for example, a voided fixture). Creator payouts are made to the details you provide; you are responsible for any taxes on money you earn.

8. No gambling, no guarantees

Nothing on PredLix is an inducement to gamble. If you choose to bet with a licensed bookmaker elsewhere, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Odds and bookmaker names shown on PredLix are for information only and do not imply any partnership. Past performance never guarantees future results. Please gamble responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose; support is available from organisations in your country.

9. Intellectual property

PredLix, its name, logo and design are owned by PredLix. Club names, crests and competition data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. News headlines shown from third-party sources link back to the original and remain the property of those sources.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep PredLix running but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We may update these terms; significant changes will be notified on the site, and continuing to use PredLix means you accept the updated terms.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredLix is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, including any betting or financial decisions you make based on content here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using PredLix at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. Some content (such as settled predictions that form part of public records and discussions) may remain visible after an account is closed.
